Coiffe-PRO respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data. By creating an account on Coiffe-PRO, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
2. Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, phone number, email address, profile photo), the reservations and queue interactions you make through Coiffe-PRO, and basic technical information (device type, language preference, approximate location) needed to make the platform work and to prevent abuse.
3. How we use your data
Coiffe-PRO uses your data to operate the reservation and queue-management features, to notify you about your bookings, to improve the platform, and to keep the community safe. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
4. Sharing with salons
When you make a booking, the salon receives the information strictly necessary to serve you: your name, your position in the queue, and any preferences you choose to attach to the booking. Salons are independent data controllers for the data they collect on their own premises (for example, paper forms), and Coiffe-PRO is not responsible for that data.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, and from our backups within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (accounting, anti-fraud, dispute resolution).
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from the Settings page. You can also request a full export of your data or close your account permanently. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page and our team will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Coiffe-PRO uses industry-standard security measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access for staff, and continuous monitoring of suspicious activity. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe and to react quickly to any incident.
8. Cookies and local storage
Coiffe-PRO uses a minimal set of cookies and local-storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme preferences, and measure anonymous aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and you can clear your local storage at any time without losing your account.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page indicates the current version. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by an in-app banner before the new policy takes effect.
